Layout:
Two living areas, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One has an en-suite bathroom; another has a bathroom right across the hall; and the third belongs to the large bedroom—which contains a double bed and two singles and can be partitioned off for added privacy. It works well for two families with children or for groups that value privacy.

Terrace and Pool:
A 190 m² terrace facing the mountains, featuring a table for eight, sun loungers, and a barbecue. It’s the perfect spot to spend the day.
The private pool is for your exclusive use and features a saltwater chlorination system instead of traditional chlorine, making the water gentler on your skin. It is covered, allowing for a significantly longer swimming season. The water is not heated during the off-season.
At night, with no city lights nearby, you can view the Milky Way right from your sun lounger.
Comfortable All Year Round:
Features include aerothermal underfloor heating, solar panels, and a fireplace in the living room. The house is well-insulated and heats evenly, ensuring your comfort.
The house is certified radon-free.
Internet:
Starlink coverage throughout the property. While mobile coverage in this area can be spotty, here you can work, make video calls, or stream movies without interruption.
Location:
Just over a kilometer from the center of Arenas de San Pedro—meaning you can reach a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and bars without needing a car. The Cuevas del Águila (Eagle Caves) and the Castle of Don Álvaro de Luna are ten minutes away. It is a ninety-minute drive from Madrid.
Dogs are welcome. They have a garden, and a wooded area for walking is just five minutes away.
